Effect of Cardiac Rehabilitation on Sexual Satisfaction of Patients After Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery

Background: Providing sexual counseling in cardiac rehabilitation program can improve patients’ satisfaction and performance after Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) surgery. Objective This study aims to determine the effect of on patients CABG Materials Methods: descriptive-analytical with a cross-sectional design was conducted 108 surgery referred centers Rasht Tehran, Iran 2017-2018. A demographic form Larsson’s questionnaire were used for data collection before 10 sessions program. The collected analyzed SPSS v. 18 software using paired t-test, Wilcoxon test, ANCOVA considering significance level at P<0.05. Results: mean age participants 58.60±6.37 years. Their score significantly increased intervention there statistically significant difference (P<0.001). pre-test post-test scores had no relationship age, gender, years marriage, duration heart disease, comorbidities, occupational status, educational level, economic status (P>0.05). Conclusion: It is necessary pay attention their function quality life by creating an opportunity them participate postoperative programs.
